Peer Coaching to the Rescue

The pandemic has turned the workplace topsy turvy. In-person meetings, coffee breaks in the cafeteria and lunchtime walks with colleagues have been replaced by Microsoft Teams meetings from home. While the transition has been smooth for some managers, others struggle to engage with their employees in the virtual environment.
